Andis Horse Clippers

Andis’ Super AGR®+ Clipper, a powerful, rechargeable, detachable blade clipper, now comes with a #10 CeramicEdge™ blade. Designed for heavy-duty use all day, the clipper runs continuously for one hour with a fully charged battery pack, then recharges in one hour or less with the Sensa-Charge® charging system. Its high speed runs at 3,800 strokes per minute, assuring top performance.

“A common complaint with rechargeable clippers is their lack of power,” notes Fred Koeller, Vice President of Marketing at Andis Company. “We’ve solved this problem with our Super AGR®+ Clipper. Everyone has been amazed at the power and performance that it delivers. It recharges quickly and completely, in a relatively short amount of time. The CeramicEdge™ blade is a terrific addition.”

The Super AGR®+ is equipped with a high capacity battery pack that accommodates extended run time. The battery can be charged separately from the clipper, and additional rechargeable battery packs can be purchased to eliminate down time while the battery is recharging. A special refresh button recharges and conditions the battery to its maximum performance overnight. The home base, where the battery is recharged, is equipped with Sensa-Charge®, a unique charging system that will not overcharge the battery. Convenient LED lights indicate the charging mode.

Blades are detachable so they can be changed and cleaned easily. The push button blade release locks the blade into position until it’s time to change it. Included is a #10 CeramicEdge™ blade with a certified zirconium oxide ceramic cutter. Composed of the ceramic material, the blades stay cooler, last longer and are break resistant. Andis makes the largest range of detachable blades in the world, for a complete range in cutting options.

The clipper’s housing is contoured to fit the hand comfortably and is break resistant to protect the internal parts. The Super AGR®+ clipper is maintenance free; internal parts never need to be oiled or greased. A locking on/off switch assures that the clipper will not turn off accidentally during use.
