The Troxel Orion Helmet is a premium schooling helmet. The Orion sets the standard with its streamline silhouette & unmatched attention to detail. State-of-the-art advances include: in-molded polycarbon shell for a brilliant finish & bulletproof durability, soft-touch visor, fusion heel-cup that artfully merges the upper & lower shell. GPS III micro-adjustable stabilization system & Pittards leather.
The Orion is available in small, medium and large in onyx green, eggplant and smoke.
The Orion's polycarbonate, in-molded shell and impact liner creates a
streamlined, more durable and integrated helmet. Polycarbonate has a robust
surface that is more resistant to dings, fading and extreme temperatures
than standard shells. The in-molding process fuses the outer polycarbonate
shell with the inner EPS liner forming a single integrated unit. An elegant
harness covered by WR100X Pittards all-weather and stain-resistant leather
accents the styling.
The Orion's patented Gripper Positioning System III (GPS III) introduces the
sporting market's most advanced fit adjustment system. Its easy-to-use
tensioning mechanism provides a ready adjustment to comfortably accommodate
head shapes and hairstyles.
The Orion is the first helmet with a semi-soft heel that protects the base
of the helmet during everyday use. The helmet also introduces a new 'soft
tip visor' that adds facial protection through its soft, rubber edge that
flexes when encountering significant forces. The new visor enhances the
helmet's style through a texture that eliminates hard plastic edges.
