Freedom Health, LLC Congratulates World Equestrian Games Competitors

Equine Resources International

Freedom Health, LLC, maker of SUCCEED™ Digestive Conditioning Program™, congratulates its sponsored riders who participated in the World Equestrian Games (WEG) in Aachen, Germany August 20 – September 3. The U.S. contingent included 2006 USEF National Grand Prix Dressage Champion Steffen Peters, 2006 USEF National Four-In-Hand Combined Driving Champion Chester Weber and 2005 Samsung Super League team members McLain Ward and Laura Kraut.

These leading riders support optimum temperament, appearance and performance for their horses with daily use of SUCCEED Digestive Conditioning Program. The digestive tract is the fuel line that delivers energy and nutrients to the working muscles of all horses – including world class equine athletes. Keeping this vital system healthy has made a critical difference for these WEG riders and trainers.

Steffen Peters and Floriano were the highest scoring U.S. horse and rider pair throughout the dressage competition. They opened with a strong start in the Grand Prix test with a score of 72.708%, which gave him a sixth place standing in the individual results and helped the U.S. Dressage team win the bronze medal. He went on to place fourth and sixth in the Grand Prix Special and Grand Prix Freestyle, respectively.

"Though Floriano was relatively unknown at this level, I think we definitely turned some heads and got noticed this year,” said Peters. “At 16 years old, he gave one of the best performances of his life. We work very hard to keep him healthy and happy, and using SUCCEED has really helped him to perform up to his potential."

In the show jumping, SUCCEED riders McLain Ward and Laura Kraut were part of the U.S. team that took home the silver medal, and Ward, aboard Sapphire, finished seventh in the individual jumping championship after several grueling rounds of competition. Chester Weber, another top SUCCEED competitor, turned up the pressure during the dressage phase of the four-in-hand combining driving competition to finish in first place going into the marathon phase. The U.S. combined driving team placed eighth overall following the third and final cones phase of the competition.

“We’re very proud that these top equine professionals recognize the value of a healthy digestive system and choose to feed SUCCEED as part of their horses’ daily nutrition regimens,” said Patrick Warczak, Vice President – Marketing at Freedom Health, LLC. “We’d like to congratulate all of our riders who competed against the best in the world this year.”

By promoting healthy digestive function with SUCCEED, owners and trainers can create a diet that enhances the natural digestive process without changing the way they manage their horses. SUCCEED is safe and effective for all horses and, for the equine athlete, it is not a testable substance.
