The HorseTV Channel Debuts New Series in November
The new series debut of The Horsemen and world and U.S. premieres featuring top competitions and magazine series headline The HorseTV Channel’s programming lineup in November. The HorseTV Channel’s new 20-episode series The Horsemen, takes viewers on a fascinating voyage to discover how people around the world have preserved their traditional way of life and their passion for horses. The Horsemen premieres two new half-hour episodes each week beginning Sunday, November 5th featuring The Guardians of Camargue in France at 9 p.m. and The Zaianes in Morocco at 9:30 p.m. Encore performances air Saturdays at 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
“The Horsemen is an intriguing new addition to The HorseTV Channel’s program lineup as it presents a rare insight into world cultures through their unique equine traditions,” said Rachel Falleroni, Head of Programming for The HorseTV Channel.
Fans of English competition shouldn’t miss the all new Blair Castle International Horse Trials 2006 – the annual premiere Eventing competition and the only event in Britain to run CCI*, CCI** and CCI*** competitions concurrently. The U.S. premiere begins Monday, November 27th at 9 p.m. The new five-part series, Irish Horse Board International Eventing 2006, continues in U.S. premieres this month on Thursday, November 2nd at 8 p.m. with additional presentations on Sundays at 1 p.m.
November U.S. premieres of the weekly series Race Country, featuring daily life in the English horseracing village of Lambourn, begin on Friday, November 3rd at 8 p.m. See episodes again on Sundays at 10 p.m.
The hit animated series Kleo The Misfit Unicorn, continues in U.S. premieres in November airing two new episodes every Sunday beginning November 5th at 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Encore episodes air Saturdays at 10 a.m.
Free Rein: FEI World Equestrian Games 2006 presents the world premiere episode of the Eventing and Vaulting competitions on Tuesday, November 7th at 8 p.m. WEG is held every four years and rarely ever broadcast outside of the European host country, making The HorseTV Channel’s coverage of the entire two weeks of the Games the most comprehensive in United States history. The series airs Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. with encore performances on Saturdays at 9 p.m.
World premieres of the two-hour AQHA’s Best of the West series features the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity – Non-Pro on Wednesday, November 1st at 8 p.m. and the FEI Reining World Masters on Wednesday, November 8th at 8 p.m. Network premieres of classic America’s Horse episodes discussing everything from tips on equine health care, riding and management to news from the American Quarter Horse Industry air in the second hour of the series.
