EasyCare, Inc. Announces New Improved Easyboot Gaiter
EasyCare, Inc. (www.easycareinc.com), the leading manufacturer of equine hoof boots, has announced the production of a new improved Easyboot Gaiter. After several months of R&D and many miles of testing, the new improved Easyboot Gaiter will be shipping on all Epic, Bare, Grip and Custom Easyboots starting in February 2008.
The new improvements significantly enhance the performance of the Easyboot Gaiter. The new gaiter design has four major revisions:
1. There is no internal stitching. All stitching on the inside of the gaiter has been removed making a softer and less abrasive surface for the horse.
2. All edges on the gaiter are now rolled. Top, bottom and sides.
3. The leather on the back of the gaiter has been replaced with a two way elastic. This two-way elastic stretches and gives to accommodate different heel builds.
4. The elastic at the back of the gaiter also makes each boot much easier to apply. The gaiter can now be folded back over the boot so it is out of the way during application.
The Easyboot Gaiter has been proven through multiple endurance tests to protect horses hooves in the muddiest and most challenging terrain - the boots do stay on!
In addition to the Easyboot Epic, the new updated Easyboot Gaiter will be standard on all Easyboot Bare and Easyboot Grip boots. The Easyboot Bare has a sole that is similar to that of a bare hoof, making it a popular choice for barefoot enthusiasts, while the Easyboot Grip is an excellent choice for riding in winter conditions such as mud and snow.
EasyCare, Inc. has been a leader in the hoof boot industry for years, beginning with the invention of the Easyboot back in the early 70ís. Since then, the need for boots has grown tremendously as more and more horse owners see the healthy advantages of pulling shoes and switching to natural hoof care. EasyCare is excited about being part of this growing trend.
