Got stuff? Stash it in Kerrits Cargo Tight

English Riding Apparel - Breeches

Finally…a tight with pockets that don’t interfere with performance! Fashioned with flat side pockets, Kerrits Cargo Tight has a discreet place for your stuff that’s easily accessible while you’re riding. Constructed in a lightweight microfiber that offers durable performance and comfortable flexibility, the Griptek™ kneepatch or fullseat offer extra security in the saddle.

“There are lots of tights and breeches out there with front and back pockets, but we took a look at pockets in breeches and thought, ‘there has to be a better way.’ So our Cargo Tight has a dual purpose,” said Kerri Kent, designer and owner of Kerrits. “First, the side pockets provide a place for your essentials and the pockets’ placement on your upper thigh makes it easy to access when you’re in the saddle, without binding, yet secure enough so your stash won’t fall out. The second important point,” Kent continued, “is the Griptek™ fabric gives extra stick when you’re riding, either in a kneepatch, or for additional security, in a fullseat.”

The Cargo Tight is made with Malden Powerdry™, a knit fabric providing great freedom of motion, integrity and durability. Kerrits has offered this tight for several seasons, now with updated colors, confirming its longevity both in fashion and practicality. Known for its breathability and moisture-wicking attributes, the Cargo Tight also sheds horse hair or hay—perfect for any day around the barn. Belt loops on the 2” elastic waistband give you the option for a fashion belt. It’s also available in Plus Sizes, in three basic colors that riders can’t resist: tan, dapple and black.
