Purchase: I got an 'oiled black' pair of these boots two years ago from a tack shop. I think we paid about $150 although you could find a much better price for some now. After getting blisters and rubs from my previous, narrower pair of paddock boots, I was looking for something more comfortable for my pair of wide feet.

Likes: This is a great boot- especially for wide-footed people. I have never gotten a single rub or blister from my pair, even when they were new and not broken in! I was able to take these boots to equestrian camp for two weeks and walk around in them all day and be perfectly comfortable.

Dislikes: Maybe on the more expensive side of the scale, but you definitely get your money's worth.

Quality: The design is great. If you have oddly shaped feet, these are ideal, because you can adjust the front with the laces to fit perfectly, but still slip them on quickly with the zip in the back! Everything was put together very nicely on this boot, and were very durable and such- exactly what you would expect from a good-quality paddock boot.

Summary: Everything is great about the Ariat Hanover and I was 100% satisfied. If you are looking for a boot and you have oddly shaped feet or wide feet, and/or looking for a very comfortable boot, these are for you!
