Purchase: Purchased at a local tack shop in Western NY. I bought these to keep my feet warm during the Buffalo winters. I paid 110.00 + tax for these boots.

Likes: The boots when I first bought them were fantastic. They broke in nicely and kept my feet VERY warm.

Dislikes: The material, not being leather, began to crack where my foot bent while in the stirrups and now, with more wear, it is beginning to rip. Of course Mountain Horse only has a one year warranty.

Quality: Initially the construction and quality were good. Zipper a bit fussy at times but able to be used well.

Summary: Even though the boot did keep my foot dry and warm I'm not too sure I will spend that amount of money on a product that only lasts a year -- no matter how good the product.
