Purchase: I purchased this at my local tack shop for 20% off of $900.

Likes: Pretty to look at, sleek lines.

Dislikes: The zipper! Zipper broke on two different boots...very fragile. This item is made in China.

Quality: Zipper was very temperamental, just not strong enough for the job. I have very skinny legs, and the tack shop did fit me. They are just not meant to hold up. I would be willing to pay more for a higher quality USA made item.

Summary: I returned these boots, they were not sturdy at all, even just for show use. I wish Ariat would do something about the zippers on the boots...they are weak. Not worth the money at all. I have had my Vogels since 1995 with zero issues. I wish the quality was half that.
