Purchase: I ordered a custom made Triple E Halter from Dover Saddlery. It was supposed to be sent to a P.O.Box. I was later informed that it had to go to a street address because the company could only send Fed Ex.
I wasn't given any shipping dates or tracking #'s. The halter was sent multiple times. I called almost every day & was given misinformation by Dover customer service. Most recently I tried to order another halter to replace the original ( or at least I could have two halters) and was informed that Triple E wanted nothing to do with me as I hadn't bothered to pick up the original halter as agreed. I was told that as FED EX had a street address they had no obligation to provide me with any tracking # or shipping date. FED EX KINKO's was called on a regular basis but couldn't provide me with any information as I didn't have a tracking #. I was only provided with a tracking # after it got returned to the manufacturer. Dover Customer service representatives were nasty & rude! I was informed that I should know that the the "halter is in the garbage"! I never received a full refund for this imaginary custom made halter. TRIPLE E HALTER AGREED TO SEND THE HALTER TO A PO BOX JUST THIS ONE TIME THEM PROCEEEDED TO RESEND THE HALTER BACK TO KINKO'S FED EX WITHOUT PROVIDING ME WITH A VALID SHIPPING DATE & TRACKING #. I AM SICK & TIRED OF CALLING TRIPLE E HALTER & DOVER FOR A HALTER THAT PROBABLY DOESNT EXIST. HOWB NASTY COULD YOU BE !!!!!!

Dislikes: I don't think anybody has never seen it.
The "Emperors new clothes" or the personalized horse halter.
Quality: I imagine it must be made of fine silk and just the right size, shape and color to fit almost any horse.
Summary: I never received this wondrous custom made halter. My daughter had a great time dreaming about it. One day there may actually be a manufacturer that makes personalized custom designed halters. we've never seen it.
