Purchase: Purchased from local saddlery Horseland, Australia in 2009 for $39.95 because I wanted a better solution to tie up my horses safely.

Likes: It Works! It's adjustable in the 'hold' strength. I can confidently tie up my horses in the barn, float, yard, just everywhere, and never worry about them panicking and damaging themselves or my tack. I showed it to a top level horse behaviourist/scientist and he loved it and is now using it on ALL the horses he trains. Finally a product which IS Horse Sense!

Dislikes: I WISH IT HAD BEEN INVENTED BEFORE I WAS BORN! It makes so much SENSE and would have prevented thousands of horses from having problems tying up/pulling back/falling over/ hanging themselves by the headcollar/ breaking leadropes & headstalls/ damaging themselves -even breaking necks, ruining performance horses for life...

Quality: Excellent Quality -there are 2 types: Chrome-plated and stainless steel. I have a few of them in the barn, yard and float. The metal under the chrome plating is very strong. Haven't noticed much difference between the 2.
