Likes: It's extremely easy to use. Fill it, hang it at head height against a wall or pipe corral, and your horse pulls the hay out like he's grazing in the pasture. Keeps him "busy" for hours like their website advertises. Also, the feeder paid for itself within a month because there's less hay waste.
Dislikes: Filling the feeder is a little difficult but all hay feeders we've tried are that way. It's easier to fill it if you break the flakes up and stuff the hay in vs trying to put an entire flake in at one time.
Quality: This product is extremely durable and made well. It's made from a very strong webbing and is double stitched in all directions. We bought our feeder last year and it shows no signs of wear on it. You just have to make sure and follow the cleaning recommendation of washing it and line drying so the threads don't get worn down.
Summary: These feeders are the best! They keep your horse "busy" for hours and save money on wasted hay. What more can you ask for? We chose the Busy Buffet Slow Feeder due to how much hay we feed our horse and how fast he eats. However, there are other sizes and styles of feeders it just depends on your needs. Also, their customer service is great and they often have promotions for free feeders or free shipping.
