Purchase: After searching for months for a saddle for my mutton withered mare I found the nice folks at Crest Ridge Saddlery.com. The saddle fitting method was easy and accurate. The customer service was fabulous. Sara was there every step of the way to guide me through the purchase and get us the saddle of our dreams.
The price was right at $1000.

Dislikes: I loved the saddle immediately and so did my horse chiropractor. But it took a few weeks for my hard to please horse to like it. She is a very picky mare and after an adjustment period she seems to really enjoy it.
Quality: The quality of the craftsmanship is amazing. This is one really beautiful and well made saddle. The leather is so soft and beautiful. The construction is perfect. Every one that sees it says WOW!
