Category: Dressage Saddles
Purchase: I bought this saddle on FB for around 150$ for a gelding that can be somewhat difficult to fit.
Likes: Everything. The leather is in great shape, the construction is very solid and it is very comfortable. The flex tree fits my finicky horse well. It also feels very secure to ride in. The flocking is firm and well balanced.
Dislikes: The knee block is a little much. Personal preference.
Quality: Excellent quality leather, well constructed and solid. This is not a snob's saddle. It is not fancy or have a lot of bells and whistles.
Summary: This saddle is great for the casual rider and looks nice enough for a show rider. A word of caution...make sure you understand what the flex tree does and doesn't do. It is not designed to, nor does it, fit every horse you throw it on. It adjusts only slightly to the horse's back. The saddle still must fit the horse.
