Purchase: Ordered 1 saddle from crest ridge , i liked real well but did the white towel test and Debra said i needed a wider tree, sent her pictures of my horse's back , after seeing her back Debra drove about 100 miles round trip to fit my horse ,and she(mare) took a mule tree, so i got the traveler style with felt lining and extra wide tree mule tree..
Had bought 2 new saddles prior to going to Crest Ridge. and they didn't fit....
Likes: I can now mount/dismount with out the saddle rolling over (after 2years), my weight is now distributed evenly over her back like its suppose to be, plus no more bucking !!!!..
The saddle is well built, not to heavy for me to lift , and fits my mare great !!!!
The service and hands on help I got was GREAT !! I feel that Debra went way beyond to help me get a saddle that fit my horse. She didn't have to drive to my home to fit my horse But She DID !!!!
Dislikes: There isn't any thing i dislike about my saddle, or the service i got ....
Quality: Made to last , but not so heavy that i can't lift it or carry it. Fits my horse like a saddle should.
Has real belvins buckles on the stirrups so they can be adjusted easy.
Plenty of rings to attach stuff to .
No flaws in the stitching or craftsman ship Plus made in the USA !!!
Summary: Will from now on buy all my saddles and tack from Crest Ridge. Wish i would have contacted them 2 years and 2 saddle ago, so my horse and i could have had good rides no pain on either one, her from sore back me from hitting the ground seat first !ouch!!!
Highly recommend ,They know there stuff and wont sell you some thing that wont fit your horse !!! So you wont have one horse and 4 saddles that !2new 2used) that you can't use !!!
