Purchase: I purchased them at a tack store in Massachusetts for $33.00. They are also available online at various sites at a similar price.

Likes: These half-chaps are wonderful! Since they're machine washable, they'd be great to take while on a riding vacation. No dirty or smelly chaps to mess up other clothes in a suitcase!

Dislikes: I love everything about them!

Quality: They're well-constructed with sturdy zippers and stitching. There is an elastic panel in the back for a custom-fit, and they do come in different lengths for shorter or longer legs. Available in classic colors black or brown, and for the flamboyant, fuchsia or purple!

Summary: I am very impressed with the quality of these half-chaps, and the price can't be beat. I wear them over my paddock boots and thick jeans, and they're comfortable and durable. I wash them in the washing machine, and allow them to air dry; they dry quickly, making them great to toss into a suitcase.
