Purchase: ATTEMPTED TO PURCHASE, OVER AND OVER AGAIN

Dislikes: I tried to contact sean ryon for a custom built saddle... they had 3 in stock and brought them to a show... I made 3 long distance phone calls to sales, one to the owner of the company and at least 8 emails. I had a budget or 4,000. to spend. They kept promising me that they would send me photos (none on the website) of their saddles. yet, none appeared... when i contacted them back, they apologized, could only send it to a cell phone, didn't know how to send to email, and tried again. this went on for 3 days! i never received it on my cell phone, and explained how to send it to an email and they still didn't do it.. how good can their saddles be if their customer service is this bad?
