Purchase: I purchased these at a local tack shop in my hometown. I paid close to $100 for them at the time (2002).

Likes: I love these chaps. They are very high quality smooth leather, and are very durable. They conformed to my leg within a week of wearing them. They are surprisingly cool, and have never bled their color onto my pants or legs. The zippers are high quality and have never busted or stuck in the 5 years of use. I can put them up for a year and put them on and they're just as soft and comfortable as the day I put them away. The smooth leather with contrasting trim is a great look (mine are black with tan trim), and very flattering in english or western riding.

Dislikes: There is nothing that I don't like about these chaps

Quality: They are made of great quality supple smooth leather. The hardware is excellent. There are buckles in both front and back to allow for a great fit.

Summary: I'd recommend these chaps to anyone. Short of custom made chaps, these are the best I've found!
