Purchase: I would like to be able to say this company makes a quality saddle but I only saw their saddles in person one time. I was impressed enough to start saving my money. A few years went by and after that I could never get them to return my emails or phone calls and I live in the same town just a few miles from them!!!! At the time I looked at their saddles they were out of my price range.
Likes: After years of trying to get them to return my calls, e-mails, sending snail mail and even driving over to their new location (never could find it!) I can only say they have limited or zero customer service. I ended up buying 3-4 saddles in that time period, all very good, and am still puzzled as to why they would not return my calls.
Dislikes: Non-existent customer service. On their website it says "For friendly, personal and knowledgeable help, call us and either Paul or Saralyn will be glad to assist you." ???? They certainly do not live up to what they are claiming at least for this one could-have-been customer.
Quality: I was impressed with their saddles the one time I did get to see them, but apparently they do not want my business.
Summary: I would really like to know why they never returned my calls. I left several polite messages telling them I was interested in buying one of their saddles (no one ever answers in person). I will be sending one more email and making one more phone call to leave just one more message...that their saddle company customer service was reviewed on Horse Tack Review for millions to read. I wonder if they will call back this time...........Nah!
