Purchase: I bought this bag of treats (a small bag) for $3.95; a really big bag with a built-in zip closure runs about $15 at my local tack shop. I bought this because I was frustrated with a few school horses I rode either outright /refusing/ sugar, or just not really going 'crazy' for it. Plus, I like rewarding my horse for everything good that it does; and it's not healthy to give that much sugar in one day; hehe.

Likes: I absolutely adore this treat! It's a three-leaf clover shape, and breaks into three teaspoon-size treats; great for small/young horses, but also for your 'big boys', too. No sugar & no wheat; meaning it's healthy, and if your horse has allergies to those things, he's good to go with these treats! :) And snapping into three makes it easy to reward even those really cute, endearing, "Please, can I have something out of that pretty tack bag?" faces our horses know how to give us. Even horses that'll refuse the most tempting of treats (picture an old bay that actually spits out a sugar cube and you know what I'm dealing with) will jump at the chance for one of these.

Dislikes: I can't think of anything wrong with these! Just that the small size bag doesn't have its own zip closure; but a kitchen clip takes care of that pretty well.

Quality: As far as design goes, these are genius. For training/good behavior reinforcement, you don't have to feel guilty about giving your horse lots of treats; the little bites are healthy portions, and the bag even says, "4 to 5 treats per 400 lbs of horse body weight", which leaves a lot of room in there even after the first few! (for instance, very handy when they spring a really adorable look on you at the last minute)

Summary: A perfect all-purpose treat; good price, great taste (at least according to my horses, who'll do practically anything for one) and long shelf-life.
