Purchase: I bought this helmet at my local tack store for $150. I wanted something that I could show in that would also be durable enough to wear every day.

Likes: This helmet looks professional and is nice enough to show in. The "velvet" outer is extremely durable and attractive. It fits well and feels secure.

Dislikes: It gets a little hot in the summer time, as do most other helmets.

Quality: Great quality. My friend took a pretty nasty spill with this helmet on. She hit her head on the ground and got kicked in the head by the horse she fell off of. Not only was she safe and sound afterwards, but after brushing the dust off, I can't even tell where the helmet was hit because the velvety stuff is so durable. It's definitely still nice enough to show in even after heavy every day wear.

Summary: I love this helmet. Very practical and professional. Save yourself some money on buying two separate helmets for schooling/showing and buy this one, as it is perfect for both!
