Purchase: 1000, local tack store. I had gotten a new warmblood mare who needed a medium-wide tree, and didn't want to spend tons on a new saddle. I already had a Keiffer for my TB.
Likes: It was cheap and i thought it would work for my mare.
Dislikes: The gullet system doesn't work. period. it makes the saddle wider in the front, but it is still to narrow and hurt my mare. The CAIR caused my mare severe nerve trauma in her back. I had it a few months, and it only took that long for her back to be totally damaged. I'm not even sure if i will be able to ride her again. I tried this saddle on my TB ONCE, and he was horribly sore the next day. STAY AWAY FROM WINTECS!
Quality: It looks very nice, and is very well made, but has no functional purpose whatsoever!
Summary: STAY AWAY FROM WINTECS! My 10,000 mare is possibly permanently damaged, never to be ridden again!
