Purchase: I got this bit from Dover Saddlery for about $30
Likes: Basically everything! It is made of a german silver/copper alloy, so it is durable like the german silver but really encourages horses to salivate due to the copper content. My horse is so happy with this bit! His mouth is much softer and he salivates more, and he accepts the bit much more readily!
Dislikes: I don't like that the gold color doesn't match the silver buckles on my bridle, but that doesn't really matter.
Quality: This bit is very high-quality, and comes in a variety of sizes. It is smooth and well-made, with no defects or sharp edges.
Summary: I love this bit! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a loose-ring snaffle.
