Purchase: I give my horse 5 supplements(joint/hoof/vitamins/salt/probiotics)and pay just under $100
Likes: Originally, I had my guy on 4 basic supplements that I thought were serving him well until I found out he was N/H for HYPP. I called up SmartPaks to ask them about my current choices and spent over an hour chatting with a lovely woman who seemed to really care about helping me make an informed decision and suggesting alternatives along with each's pros/cons and what might best suit my horse in combination with the other supps and his feed. She was extremely knowledgeable (they keep a list of all the products they sell that are potassium-free and safe for HYPP+ animals) and calmly reassuring to my somewhat nerve-wracked self. I have since called them about other things and always find them personable and well-informed. They stock a huge selection of products in every price range and the customer service agents know each item.
Dislikes: I have been with them for almost a year and have not one complaint.

Summary: I look at my currently asymptomatic horse (knocking on all the fake wood at my office!) and am comforted in knowing that due in large part to the great Customer Service department at SmartPak, I am doing my best to give him the greatest long-term management care possible.
