Purchase: Purchased from Horseloverz.com, wanted a new saddle, paid $375cdn plus shipping and handling.
Likes: Its very comfortable and light weight, looks good.
Dislikes: I find the stirrups very very dangerous. When dismounting my foot does not slip out if I have any weight at all on it, even a tiny bit, I wear a good riding boot and have never had a problem with any other saddle. I glued leather on top of the foot rest but it didn't really help. After twisting my ankle I purchased regular black leather stirrups. I think it may be that the sponge fights back and traps my foot.
Quality: Very good for an inexpensive synthetic saddle.
Summary: Having your foot stick in stirrups is extremely dangerous. I didn't get any satisfaction when speaking to Horseloverz and couldn't find a way to contact Abetta but I needed to do something quickly so went ahead and replaced the stirrups. I would rate this saddle a 5 if not for the stirrups.
