Purchase: I found Sycamore Creek Saddles through the internet. Paid $558 for a custom fit hand made leather saddle. The horse this saddle was made for is 3/4 Paso Fino, 1/4 Tennessee Walker. He has a wide short back and is Gaited. Gaited horses are extremely hard to fit. They make these saddles in Columbia where the Paso comes from and they truly know how to fit them. All you have to do is follow the instructions provided on the website and send the info plus pictures to them. Very Easy.
Likes: I absolutely love the fit and feel of this saddle. This is the first time my horse actually relaxed under saddle.
Dislikes: There is nothing I don't like about this saddle.
Quality: This saddle is hand made with care. you can see the dedication and accuracy of the saddle maker.
Summary: This company is a must for hard to fit Paso Finos. I'd recommend it to anyone anywhere. I cant describe the relief it was to finally have a saddle that fits my horse and we can enjoy riding again.
