Purchase: I won a blanket from a poker ride
Likes: This blanket is nearly indestructible. It never rolled over. The straps never broke. It kept him warm and dry for 7 years. It didn't need rewaterproofing. This gelding is VERY hard on blankets and leans on everything...
Dislikes: It doesn't fit in my washer. The color... brown... Although they all turn that color before spring.
Quality: It is Dancer (my horse) proof.. Anyone who knows my horse...knows what that means. If he can wear it for 7 years... It was a bargain....If I had known it would hold up for that long I would have bought it first before I spent hundreds of dollars a year on all the other major brands. This is a high quality blanket!!!
Summary: I buy only this brand for my other horses. They just last....They are priced smartly and hold up their value in the long term. I have had higher priced blanket that are simply...not as good. A lot of "bang for your buck".
