Purchase: I bought these at CM Tack in the Kansas City area for $170. I had to shop around a lot for a pair of boots that fit my rather large calves.
Likes: I had figured I'd have to spend lots to get boots that fit around my very large calves - just over 15.5". Many manufacturers didn't even make them big enough. I was thrilled when I found these. They broke in almost immediately (2 rides), and feel great. The foot had plenty of room, and the calf is so comfortable I now prefer them to my half chaps. The shape is lovely, and they look very nice in the show ring.
Dislikes: The ONLY complaint I have is that the pair I got has a rather small pull on the zippers, which is hard to grab if your hands are wet or in gloves. HOWEVER, the other pair I tried on in a different size had a tab with a little loop so mine were probably just a different run.
Quality: Several of the girls at the barn have the same boots, and we all love them. Those who don't have them are all planning on getting them when they need new ones.
Summary: The Dublins are available in a wide range of sizes, and are a great deal. Be sure to try them on for fit, but you will love these boots!
