Purchase: Equine Affair- March 2006 direct from Professionals Choice. Cost $100
Likes: My horse liked it when it was new. It made her comfortable to do her job.
Dislikes: Price is too high considering the life of the item.
Quality: Quality and construction appeared good when I got it. But falling apart after two years of heavy use.
Summary: I bought this pad two years ago and loved the fit and my horse liked it as well.
Recently the pad has begin to deteriorate along the top line and front corners making my horse irritable. I feel that for the money the pad really should have held up longer. I have followed the care instructions and avoided leaving it in hot cars etc which I was warned against.
Not sure if I will buy another one. I am in the process of researching pad materiel once again.
