Purchase: I paid about &110.0 USD for them. I needed rubber reins for cross country that would hold up well.
Likes: I liked the quality of the leather and rubber. The rubber is very grippy and the leather is nice and supple after about 2 oils. They don't have he usual thickness of the normal pimple rubber reins. The rubber is very smooth and comfortable in your hands.
Dislikes: The only thing I don't like about these reins is that they can get very slippery when they are wet. Especially during cross country on a rainy day they are not the easiest to keep a hold of. Having a very strong horse on cross country when it was raining, he pulled the reins right through my fingers. That doesn't happen on a sunny cross country day.
Quality: The quality was very nice and the leather was quite supple.
Summary: These are great reins for riders who live in places where it doesn't rain a lot. I also would only recommend these reins if you use gloves. They are very painful with out them
