Purchase: I brought my horse to Southern Mn where the saddles are custom made. He worked on it for hours. I ordered a custom made saddle and received it maybe 2 months later.
Likes: Very comfortable, seemed well made.
Dislikes: I rode in it all summer but noticed my horse moving around when tacking her up and her hair on her back getting thin. Took her and this saddle to two saddle fitters and they said it was a terrible fit and it was hurting my horse. It did not fit my horse at all.
Quality: Good quality.
Summary: Be careful. I actually had my horse there, I can't believe with tracings it can be a great fit. For any custom made saddle, try and get some guarantee that if it doesn't fit you get your money reimbursed. Just because it was custom made for your horse, doesn't mean it fits. I felt terrible after riding her in it all summer and then to find out she was in pain.
