Purchase: I purchased this saddle from Double O Ranch tack online. Brenda was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After many emails and calls I decided on my perfect saddle. They are very accommodating and basically took a model and customized it to my specifications. They sent fiberglass molds to try on my horse to find the perfect tree to fit my horse. She is unique in that she is a quarter horse/appaloosa but a gaited tree fit her to a t. I would never have thought of a gaited tree if I hadn't tried on the molds.
I received the saddle in a timely matter and Paid $1400.00 for it.
Likes: The workmanship is outstanding. Beautiful and comfortable. I ordered a female fit seat and it is so much more comfortable than regular saddles. It fits my horse perfectly. The fenders swing freely giving me much more control. It has a deep soft pocket that makes me feel very secure on my high energy horse. The padded trail stirrups are wonderful for my arthritic knees!
Dislikes: Nothing
Quality: Quality and workmanship is top notch! This saddle is comparable to much higher priced saddles.
Summary: High quality saddle, custom made to my specifications which fits both my horse and myself perfectly. I was concerned about ordering on line, but with the method of determining fit by trying on the different saddle tree molds it couldn't have been any better!
