Purchase: I needed new gloves for riding and showing, and winter was coming up, so I bought the SSG Winter gloves in black for about $30.00 on Dover Saddlery's website.
Likes: These gloves are the BEST! At first I didn't think they would be that warm - even though they were winter gloves - but they WERE! Most english riding gloves aren't warm, but the silk lining is really nice and keeps your hands nice and toasty. They also look really nice in the show ring - winter or summer. Even though they are winter gloves I wear them in the summer at shows and they have never made my hands too hot to bare. I think the silk keeps your hands warm in the winter, but cool in the summer or something! I also love the velcro enclosure, and it makes them look like the upper level, expensive show gloves by other top companies. Except they are CHEAP!
Dislikes: Nothing at all!
Quality: Very nice, tight stitching. I've had them for 2 years and they are still holding up great.
Summary: Perfect glove for any english rider! I would totally buy them again if they ever ripped...but they are still going strong!
