I measured my horse and talked to company representatives twice to determine what size to order. I placed an old, thin bedspread over my horse to ensure that no dirt or hairs from my horse got onto the blanket when I tried it on. The blanket was significantly too small. I called the company to reorder a larger size. I returned the original blanket.
After the second blanket arrived and I tried it on my horse, the company called me and told me they would be unable to give me a full refund for the first blanket as there were several white hairs on the blanket.
Quality: Appears adequate.
Summary: Don't rely on their company representatives to recommend a size and style for your horse. Unless you are absolutely certain the blanket will fit your horse, don't order from them because they have a zero return policy, contrary to what they advertise.
