Purchase: I bought this blanket at Boutique Pepin in Montreal for a little less than $50. However, it was on sale due to the holiday sales. I think it sell for around $70 normally. I bought this blanket because I needed something that would absorb the extra sweat from my horse after we worked, just to make sure he was 100% dry afterwards.
Likes: Well, I love everything about this cooler,from its beautiful baby blue color, to the perfect sizing and fit. This was my first time buying a blanket, so I was not too sure what size my horse took. So I bought what I had measured, and it fit perfectly! It looked like it had been made to measure. Anyway, not only is the fit great, but the model and shape of the cooler is fantastic too. It has two front buckles that easily adjust to fit more narrow or lager chested horses. There is also a belly strap and two ropes that tie behind the horses tail to a ring on the opposite end of the blanket, so it will not fall off easily.
Dislikes: No complaints.
Quality: The material is super soft, and is really comfortable. It is lightweight and the construction is wonderful, as the seams are perfect and everything seems to be well made and made to last. However, I as told by the sales woman that the outer material has a tendency of "bunching up" in between the time you use it and the time it will be washed. Mine has done it a little, nothing really noticeable, and since it goes away after washing, I don't really care. A great blanket all in all.
Summary: I would absolutely buy this blanket again, but I doubt that will be soon, because I think this one will last me for quite a long time.
