Purchase: This saddle was purchased for me as a Christmas present. I looked on their site and the price was about $550.00. Which I think is a reasonable price for this saddle.
Likes: There are many things that I really like about this saddle. The biggest one is that they customized the tree for my horse's back. He is a very wide horse and I have had a hard time finding a saddle to fit him. So a wither tracing was sent in, and it seems to fit him quite well. The saddle is very comfortable to ride in and I love all the rings to attach bags and gear to.
Dislikes: So far I have not found anything to dislike on it.
Quality: I am very pleased with the quality. The leather is very nice and has a decent feel to it strait from the factory. I don't think it will take very long to break in and I believe that the leather will be very nice and supple. The stitching seems well done there aren't any distortions or spaces and they all seem nice and tight.
Summary: All in all I feel that this saddle is a really great bargain for the price. I was on their site and noticed that they had a clearance section with prices much lower then on the main page. This particular saddle was only 325.00 for a Christmas Clarence. So if you don't mind a few blemishes then you might find a really great deal there.
