Purchase: I bought 4 of these on Ebay for about a $60 dollar average in early November. I have 4 horses from 2-12YO on 24/7 turnout.They were put on in the 3rd week of November.
Likes: These blankets have good fit, true to size, do not rub and are waterproof so far in the 1st year. Horses seem very comfortable and tail flaps are shorter so they do not get dirty.
Dislikes: I had to resew every single leg strap holder within 3 weeks. They come loose and are only held on at the binding,which makes the strap itself fit poorly. Also interior is 210d but I am repairing that weekly by the end of December on all blankets. I have also re sewn seams between the 2 colors on the outside where there is no stress on the blanket, it has just come apart on 2 of the four so far. I have replaced 4 front buckles which have just broken so there was no centerpiece.
Quality: I think the hardware is poor quality. I think the stitching is poor quality. The fit is good on a variety of horses from high withered tbs to chunky 1/4 horses.
Summary: These blankets MSRP is 123.00 and they are not worth it. I am having trouble justifying the $60 I spent. I am afraid to wash them as I think more items will come apart.I will buy a better brand the next time.
