Purchase: I purchased these boots from Horseloverz. They were on closeout price for $27.99, regular $79.99, so they were worth a try.
Likes: They are very nice for the price I paid. They are genuine quality leather and are easy to pull on and off. I always seem to "smash" the backs of my Ariat Terrains and boots with laces, so this was most definitely a necessity for me. They are comfortable and warm. They have an antimicrobial supportive footbed and feel like I'm "floating on air" when I walk back and forth from the barn to the pasture. Very nice boots.
Dislikes: I wear a size 11 and they do look a little "clunky" LOL. They are not the prettiest boots, but they get the job done and are comfortable for barn chores.
Quality: They are genuine leather, but quality leather. They have tough rubber soles and traction to prevent slipping. They have a reinforced toe so that they are safe around horses. The footbed is amazingly comfortable and supportive. You feel like you're walking on air. They are pull-ons and only take 5 seconds to slip on, and they STAY on, no slipping off the back of the foot at all. You can also ride in them if you want to. They are what I call "rugged" looking. They are mud proof and waterproof.
Summary: If you can get them on clearance, that's awesome. They are very nice boots and are great for barn work or riding. I highly recommend them to those on a budget.
