Purchase: I bought this item at a Greenhawk for $2.50 each. For the quality and price I paid it was well worth it! I bought 2.
Likes: What I absolutely love about the Vetrap is that you do not need any sort of safety pins, tape or velcro to keep it together and snug. It is a self-adhesive bandage that bonds to itself but can be removed easily enough for re-use. I would recommend finishing off every leg wrapping job with a little clip just in case but the Vetrap would probably be fine without one. To be on the safe side, use one.
Dislikes: There's not anything I can honestly say I don't like about the item except that I just wish they would put a few more layers of it on the roll.
Quality: The item is constructed with natural rubber latex, so if you are allergic to latex it may be best to opt for something else or get another person to wrap the Vetrap on your horse. It is made with the self-adhesive material that is stretchy and can mold to anything. Great quality!
Summary: The bottom line is that if you would like to find a great bandaging product that suits your horse's health or trailering needs then Vetrap is a great choice! Again, I bought mine from Greenhawk for $2.50 each and they have proven to be very useful.
