Purchase: I got this at a local tack shop for around $23. I've had it for quite a while now. I wanted my own saddle pad for Candy (my pony) when I first started riding her, before I owned her, because I found it gross to use the lesson horse pads that barely ever got washed, and were just basically a navajo pad with a stupid felt pad over top.
Likes: It is a regular horse size but it fits my mare. It has girth and velcro billet straps to prevent sliding. It is light blue, pony's barn color, but it cleans up pretty nicely. I've had it for a while and it serves its purpose, and for about a year now it has been used underneath another pad that is for my pony's back 'warts'.
Dislikes: This pad is awfully thin, but then again, it is only a layering pad for now. It keeps the white top pad clean and looks cute, but the wither trim started shredding after only a few weeks of use and a couple cleanings, but luckily it hasn't been destroyed completely after all this time.
Quality: It is a somewhat soft saddle pad that feels like a blended material. It fits on my pony who has a long back. It is frayed in a few spots. It is rather thin, too. The back blows around in the breeze a bit.
Summary: It is an okay pad, nice for layering. It comes in stylish colors. I have seen pink in yellow in more recent times, and it doesn't seem like they've fixed any design flaws after all this time.
