Purchase: I bought this from my local tack shop for $45. I was looking for a comfortable cinch for m quarter horse gelding.
Likes: It is so soft! I'm sure my horse thinks it is one of the most comfortable cinches on the planet! I also love how it doesn't rub my horse, and how well made it is.
The nylon is very strong, and even when my spurs hit it, it does not rip. The appearance of the cinch is really nice, and it adapts to my horse's rolly-polly shape very nicely! It has lasted me a year and a half, and still looks brand new!
Dislikes: The only problem is that my horse sweats A LOT in this cinch. I usually use a more breathable cinch in the summer because he sweats so bad. It is not a huge problem, though, as the cinch is very comfortable for him otherwise.
Quality: The quality is amazing! The cinch is very well-built. The stitching is tight and even, the buckles are very well-attached. The neoprene underside is fabulous quality, and doesn't show any signs of rot. What a fabulous value!
Summary: If you are looking for an incredibly comfortable cinch for your horse, this would be it. But, if you are concerned about breath ability, I would suggest another cinch.
