Purchase: My old saddle was causing me back pain so I went on a search for a new saddle. I had ridden in my trainers wife's Stubben so I was very interested in purchasing my own. I fell in love with the saddle the minute I sat in it. It cost $2400 at the time. I believe you can find them for cheaper now.
Likes: It's extremely comfortable! I have never had back pain in this saddle which is quite nice. I also find it puts your right where you need to be on your horse and you have tons of feel. I fits on almost every type of horse I've ridden, mind you I ride mostly QHs. So if you looking for a saddle for a horse with a wider wither I would def. consider this saddle.
Dislikes: The only thing I'm not a fan of is the rubbing at the bottom of the flap. I believe its mostly from my boots and my stirrups. The normal wear and tear you'd expect from any english saddle I guess.
Quality: Extremely well built. Fit the horses I put it on well. The leather is good quality and other then a bit of rubbing it still looks fairly new and I've had it for nearly 5 years.
Summary: If your considering looking at this saddle I think you should definitely at least try it. It's by far one of the nicest english saddles I've ridden in and I'm sure I'll have this saddle for years to come. It is worth every penny of its retail price.
