Purchase: I look on line and do quite a bit of comparison shopping before I actually purchase a big ticket item. I ended up on horse.com for synthetic saddles. After looking them over and picking one that looked the best, I sent an email to the company, with questions on fitting and sizes. They responded the next day, with answers and suggestions.
Likes: There were people ready to help in any way possible, the saddle was ordered on a Sunday night, and delivered on the following Wednesday. Free shipping by the way. It was well packed and even came with a matching cinch strap I did not expect. I will use them again in the future.
Dislikes: Can't think of a thing. That's very rare these days.
Quality: Synthetic chocolate brown saddle, Suede and cordura. Round Skirt.
Summary: Wow, customer service and satisfaction is not dead!!!
