Purchase: I was searching the Internet, looking for something different, read some comments on some Horse Chat websites and ended up finding Southern Trails Saddle Co, found out you had to talk to a human being, you could not just order, a little different for an Internet site, well it was a very pleasant experience. Ordered the Saddle and in 3 weeks it arrived. Fit my Horse like a glove, very comfortable for me too.
Likes: The Quality was very nice, I got to pick my own color, add some extra rings and strings. What I like most was I only paid 700.00 for it and could have sold it for more, but I told my friend the truth and he said no way you got it for that price. Well he ordered his own thank goodness, he was always wanting to borrow mine.
Dislikes: Only dislike is I didn't find them 5 years ago before I wasted my money on an overpriced T***** Saddle
Quality: Everything fits well, leather is thick and smooth. No loose parts or missing stitching.
Quality is as good as my 1,300.00 Saddle.
Summary: I think I already said it all, looks good, fits good, great price, great customer service.
I forgot to say, one thing they did, it says Gaited Trails, but you can order it for a QH, they put a different tree in it for my QH.
My Horse and I are Happy! That's all that matters.
