Purchase: I purchased these half chaps for $89 from www.doversaddlery.com.

Likes: These half chaps are excellent for the beginner, or occasional rider. I bought these chaps about a year ago and are still holding up well even with a heavy training schedule.

Dislikes: A little pricey for the quality.

Quality: These half chaps are made out of leather and the inside calves are suede. They are a bit thin, so they won't last a very long time.

Summary: I love Ariat products, but I think these half chaps are overpriced. I would buy another pair if there was a big sale.
