Purchase: I decided to try this brand because every Billy Cook saddle I wanted was back ordered 8-10 months. I tried a Rough-Out Trainer Dakota saddle and really liked it. I decided to take my chances on the brand and found that the reiner saddle fit my needs more than a pleasure saddle, as the pleasure saddle didnt come in Full QH bars, which I needed, so thats how I ended up with the reining saddle instead. I paid just around $1000 for it (I know I could have paid less mail ordering it but decided to give a local tack shop my business instead).

Likes: I really liked the look of the basket-weave and the small amount of silver on the saddle. I decided to order the light oil with the chocolate suede seat.

Dislikes: Absolutely nothing.

Quality: The construction is good. Quality is good for the price.

Summary: I would definitely purchase a Dakota saddle again. Next time I would make sure the fenders are the correct length for my leg, mine are just a bit short, but its no big deal. I just wish they would have added a horn cap to "finish" the silver look to the saddle (I added my own). They also have matching breast plate and bridle/reins for Dakota items.
