Purchase: We got it for free for sponsorship. They are normally around $300

Likes: The real reason that this saddle pad works is the PVC foam. The discs are a gimmick. The PVC is wonderful, also I like the way it stays up in the front so it doesn't put pressure on the withers.

Dislikes: The PVC wears rather quickly, however if you get the wool lined PVC it extends the lifetime by like a year. It is also pretty cheap to replace. The Discs are a complete gimmick. If you ride a really sensitive horse you will probably notice it having a tendency to rear rather than turn in one direction or the other. For us it was to the right. Three different sensitive horses acted up significantly with this pad. When ridden in just the PVC they are great.

Quality: high quality, nicely made, just don't like the discs.

Summary: get the PVC, Skip the discs. we ended up deciding not to use the sponsor after we used the pad for about 6 months.
