Purchase: I purchased this video from Quarter Horse Outfitters.com.
I was looking for a video on Western Pleasure and I have to admit I'm impressed with this video.
I bought it online and it arrived five days later. I bought it for $19.99 plus shipping.
Likes: In this video,trainers, Alex Ross and Mike Moser explain what you are looking for in your Western Pleasure horse.
They talk about show ring rules, and show you an example of good and bad Western Pleasure horses. They show you the conformation of a good horse and show you conformation flaws on others.
Dislikes: I would have liked to see the video cover a little more on what you look for when purchasing a western pleasure horse.
Also I think it would have been neat if they judged a class of horses.
Quality: It is a very well made video. It is easy to see and the nicest thing is they replay some of the movement in slow motion so you can really see what there talking about when they say an extended jog or the three beat lope.
Summary: Its a good video to have and compare to your horse, I learned a lot on what a good jog and lope is and what conformation flaws effect the horse's movement.
