Purchase: My dad was doing some work for these people and they had this saddle sitting in their basement. He got it for $50 bucks, learning soon it was worth over $200!
Likes: This is a really beautiful saddle. I like the knee blocks. They are supportive, but not too big. The leather also even after being fairly old, has no signs of wear. I have even seen the saddle on a past olympic show jumper!
Dislikes: Nothing really. The only thing is the leather is a tiny bit slippery, nothing some friction was couldn't cure. Also, the seat just isn't built for me. It works for lots of others though.
Quality: Great quality and construction! It is really nice and has lasted forever.
Summary: Great buy. I don't think they are available new anymore, but there is one on craigslist now.
