Purchase: I have a big Warmblood, and it was costing me $275.00 for a body clip..so I thought I should purchase my own clippers and do it myself. Some of the other boarders at the barn were clipping their horse, however the clippers they would use, would leave lines. I wanted to make sure I got good ones that wouldn't do that. I talked with my trainer, and was told the Andis AGC was the way to go. Well this past weekend I did my first clipping. It was before a show too! But, I was totally impressed with the clippers. They didn't leave any lines, they were so quite that my horse even allowed me to do his ears, and they were super easy to clean.
Likes: They are extremely quite, and don't leave any lines. They blades pop out easily for switching out, and I would recommend these to anyone looking to body clip your horse.
Dislikes: There really wasn't anything I didn't like.
Quality: They are a nice weight, so your hand doesn't get tired. They are solid, and the cord must be reinforced, because my "big boy" stepped on it and it didn't fray the cord.
Summary: Great clippers, and the cost of one cut, pays for the clippers.
